Luc Starmans

Luc joined Brightlands Venture Partners in 2021 and is partner in the BVP Health team. He has a broad experience in healthcare and life sciences. Prior to joining BVP, Luc was senior manager strategy consulting in the health and life sciences practice of KPMG.

Luc holds a MSc and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and performed his academic research in the field of medical imaging at Philips Research (Eindhoven) and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine (Baltimore, USA).
